These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the True Turn Learning: Kerala PSC mobile application (the "App") operated by True Turn Learning.

By downloading or using the App, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the App.

1. Use of the App

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • The App is intended for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.

All content within the App, including but not limited to study materials, mock tests, daily current affairs, SCERT notes, graphics, and logos, is the property of True Turn Learning and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without our prior written consent.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App in any way that:

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempts to extract the source code of the App, reverse engineer it, or translate the App into other languages.
  • Interferes with the normal operation, leaderboards, or security of the App.

4. AI-Generated Content and Features

Our App utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide personalized recommendations, performance analytics, and study assistance. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all content, AI-generated explanations, predictions, or recommendations may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. You agree to use the AI features as a supplementary educational tool and not as the absolute or sole source of truth for official Kerala PSC answers or exam notifications.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide accurate study materials and mock tests to help with your PSC preparation, True Turn Learning does not guarantee that the content is completely error-free or that using the App will guarantee success or a job placement in any specific government examination.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
