Since we offer non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (PDF E-books), we generally do not issue refunds once the product is sent/downloaded. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. We DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

• Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues or technical glitch, you might not receive a delivery email or download link. In this case, contact us for assistance or a refund.
• Download issues: If you have problems downloading the file, contact our support team.
• Duplicate Payment: If you paid twice for the same product by mistake, we will refund the extra amount.
